Responsibilities
- Execute product roadmap aligning with business and technology goals
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define problems, and shape product enhancements
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product lines, overseeing planning, launch, assessment, and iteration
- Ensure timely and effective product launches
- Apply product management principles to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are met
- Implement agile methodologies, manage backlog, drive continuous improvement through iterative development, and facilitate agile ceremonies
- Drive product enhancements and launches by leveraging available technology and market trends
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Maintain and update product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and support for users and enablement initiatives
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as backlog health, sprint readiness, team velocity, work in progress (WIP), sprint goal success rate, carry over rate, defect density, business value delivery, user adoption rate, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery
Requirements
- 2 years of product owner experience, with a proven track record of delivering product-based solutions with a customer-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Technical Design, or a related field preferred
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Agile leadership and sprint planning
- Product management and iterative delivery
- Experience working with team within IBP (Integrated Business Planning) preferred
