About the role
The AWS ISV sales team serves medium to large ISV customers, guiding them through an accelerated and innovative cloud and AI journey and fostering long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture senior level relationships with complex customers
- Lead the extended team to grow both the customer and AWS
- Collaborate with AWS Partner Team to develop aligned programs
- Manage the relationship with key AWS customers
- Implement a strategy for customer acceptance and service implementation
- Support customer interests and advocate for them in harmony with AWS business needs
- Drive new service adoption and new line of business development
- Oversee enablement trainings and account prospecting workshops with partners
- Manage operational aspects of the business, including SFDC
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with AWS Executives and Partner management teams
- Embrace and drive the Amazon culture
- Increase and foster very high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of tech sales experience to enterprise customers
