Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production supervision within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in managing production schedules, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
  • Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.

About the Role

Lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. Drive operational excellence by coordinating production schedules, managing teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals. Report directly to Site Leadership and work out of Redmond, WA on an On-site work schedule. Impact the productivity and quality of production operations, contributing directly to the timely delivery of products and overall supply chain efficiency. Foster a positive work environment and support employee development to achieve operational success.

Shift

Weekend Days - Weekday nights (3:00pm-1:30am) (Mon-Thur).
