About the role

This is a hybrid role including in office and remote working days, requiring residency or relocatability to the Austin, TX area, with flexibility to work one of several specified shifts. The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager will generate revenue, manage and enhance portfolio growth, and represent the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales quota across portfolio
  • Proficiently execute sales components of marketing plans
  • Independently create call and business development plans across the product portfolio
  • Demonstrate adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives
  • Manage attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through consistent communication with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager
  • Develop product knowledge and utilize to best serve customer’s current business needs
  • Educate customers regarding indications, contraindications, and safety of products
  • Identify growth opportunities, including expanding reach with customer base and launching new products
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager to drive sales objectives and cultivate relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
  • Two or more years of relevant sales experience required
  • Track record of earning strong commissions, ability to work independently, and superior communication skills required
  • Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time
