Sr. IC Design Engineer

Summary

Teledyne LeCroy seeks a Senior IC Designer to design custom integrated circuits using Silicon Germanium BiCMOS technologies. Responsibilities

• Work on chip or cell level detailed design from concept to tape out
• Oversee layout to ensure designs meet performance targets
• Support other areas of the design team, including mentoring junior designers, conducting technical studies, and participating in system-level design work

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of BiCMOS IC design experience with multiple tape outs
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Thorough understanding of fundamental circuit design concepts and real-world considerations
• Experience designing wideband circuits from DC to mm-wave frequencies
• Proficiency with relevant tools (Cadence, Ansys HFSS, Virtuoso, AMS, SpectreRF, Explorer, Assembler, Quantus, EMX, Physical Verification System, Skill, Python)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
