Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to meet project deadlines
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensure optimal output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Technical proficiency in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodologies
