Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to develop and implement Strategies that support business objectives
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
- Support talent acquisitions efforts including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to recommend improvements and solutions
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
- Aid in the performance review process, goals setting, and succession planning
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and changes management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support compensation and benefits programs and provide recommendations on market competitiveness
- Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and retention initiatives
- Facilitate training and professional development programs
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead, and develop organizations
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal communications and conflict resolution skills
- Have demonstrated success in a dynamic, frequently changing, and geographically dispersed environment
- Experience managing complex employee relations, federal & state laws, & dispute resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of compensation planning, modeling, and analysis
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday and Microsoft Office Suite

FULL TIME ROLE ONLY: The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience. Salary Ranges: $168,100.00 - $241,900.00
