Sr Human Resources Associate

Duties

• Schedule a high volume of intern and new graduate candidate interviews.
• Review applications and resumes for intern and new graduate positions to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage intern and new graduate job postings and recruitment campaigns across recruiting platforms.
• Facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screens, and new hire documentation.
• Career events, career fairs, candidate communications, and follow-up activities.
