Responsibilities
- Conducting human factors usability validation testing (including authorship of protocol, study design, study execution, data analysis, and report writing)
- Generating and revising use related risk analysis (URRA)
- Collaborating with cross functional teams on design updates related to safe use of the medical device
Requirements
- Top 3 skills sets required: Human factors usability validation, generating use-related risk analysis, conducting human performance principles
- Main responsibilities/day-to-day activities: Conducting human factors usability validation testing, generating and revising use related risk analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams on design updates
- Products supported: Class III, implantable neurostimulator and associated components
- Target years of experience: 5-20 years
- Interview planning: Target start date: June 22, 2026, On-site, with option to work from home 1 day a week (generally on Friday)
Qualifications
- Advanced education combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced degrees
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
