Possibilities

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to support the Senior HR Business Partners
• Superior time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel. Able to create formulas, spreadsheets, and compile data

Requirements

• 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Thorough understanding of laws in the state of FL, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel. Able to create formulas, spreadsheets, and compile data
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
