Responsibilities
- Serve as change champion to support various components of talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance.
- Analyze trends and/or metrics to develop solutions.
- Provides consultative services to senior leadership regarding organizational, cultural and other changes that may impact employees.
- Coach employees on HR policies and procedures, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Partner with management to discuss performance concerns and/or opportunities to identify root causes, offering effective solutions.
- Team up with strategic business partners in the organization to establish and maintain a unified approach to human resources administration.
- Aid in managing international human resources functions.
- May supervise employees, including executing performance management.
Qualifications
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field; or a combination of post-high school and equal experience may be substituted for education. Master's degree preferred. SPHR or other HR Certification preferred.
- Experience: 8 or more years of related human resources management experience, preferably working with executive level business partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Proficient with HR information and talent acquisition/management systems and tools.

- Ability to identify and/or document existing and new processes as well as evaluate their effectiveness, develop improvements and/or recommend changes or alternatives.

- Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.
- Ability to interpret and apply related federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations related to the administration of human resources/labor relations.
- Ability to manage conflict and demonstrate the courage to challenge organizational thinking and the status quo.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of human resources, talent acquisition/management and organizational development.
