Sr. HR Coordinator - Urgent Need (Onsite)
Job Description
The Sr. HR Coordinator (Contingent Worker) will be part of the Peripheral Intervention (PI) HR team and will work closely with business leaders and associates of the Sales organization to ensure effective onboarding of associates. The ideal candidate will also facilitate the understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems.
This position will provide ongoing support in HR policies, benefits, talent acquisition, Workday, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and reporting requirements. The position will also support the HR function in employee activities, support of associate resource groups (ARG), communication and assist with administrative duties as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to inbound inquiries and communications from client associates regarding matters in the PI Sales organization and helps process routing activities in the human capital management system to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services supporting the Americas.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales organization and the Associate Service Center (ASC) to provide support with interactions from associates via both phone and email to include general inquiries, feedback or notification of incidents and knowledge base to provide appropriate responses.
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Responds to inquiries and resolve problems of basic to moderate complexity.
- Drafts documents and identify appropriate actions to resolve inquiries regarding processes managed by the Americas ASC.
- Actively redirects employees to self-service options as appropriate, teaching them how to be self-sufficient in use of direct access tools and the knowledge management portal.
- Performs proactive outbound follow-up communications, as necessary.
- Executes tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures, including data-entry transactions in Workday or other systems.
- Builds customer relationships throughout the operations supported by the Americas ASC.
This position reports directly to the Sr. HR Manager and is based in Tempe, AZ. This position is expected to work on-site Monday - Thursday, and remote on Friday.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Experience using a case management system, knowledge portal and navigating a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) / ERP software systems such as Taleo, Workday or SAP.
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
- Able to pay close attention to details and use time effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and possess quick learning skills. Multi-tasking capabilities to manage several caseloads.
