Sr. Health Systems Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)
We are a remote-first company currently hiring in most U.S. states except Hawaii. We are seeking a dedicated enterprise sales hire to shape how Rula shows up in the health system and provider network spaces.
About The Role
We are looking for someone who will open doors at major health systems and large physician groups struggling to meet their patients' mental health needs. You will help them design referral partnerships that actually work. You will build relationships with clinical leadership, understand their operational challenges, and connect them with our network of behavioral health providers. This role sits within our growing Partnerships team and reports directly to our Director of B2B Partnerships. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with many different roles within Rula as these partnerships touch nearly all aspects of the business.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related professional experience in enterprise sales within the healthcare / healthtech industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment. Documentation of rankings / performance required
- Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes
- Excellent sales communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Comfortable with extensive travel to the West Coast
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up
- 3+ years of experience selling a product that required ongoing personal account management
- Has managed and grown a >$1M territory / book of business
- Experience working on cross-functional teams where your wins were dependent on the activities of others
- Highly organized individual capable of moving several large opportunities, each with multiple contacts, forward effectively
- Ability to multi-thread within an organization to ensure multiple advocates are committed to our service
- West Coast preferred

This role offers a 60/40 compensation structure (60% base salary / 40% uncapped variable pay). Your earnings are directly tied to performance, offering unlimited upside and strong potential to exceed your target earnings.
