About the role
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of lawyers to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with legal developments and trends relevant to the legal market.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Axiom platform.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in legal practice or related field.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team of lawyers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with legal technology and platforms.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensure to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience working with legal technology and platforms.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
