Sr HCM Reporting & Analytics Consultant - Workday Success Plans
About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
- 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
- Demonstrable understanding of professional services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software in the Cloud
- Ability to work multi-functional as a “virtual” team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences
- Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally
- Capable of performing effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program
- Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications
- Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)
- Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL
- Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Workday Financials, Workday Reporting
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
- Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand sophisticated, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
- Professional services experience is a plus

Pay
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Schedule
We offer a flexible work schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. You will spend at least half (50%) of your time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).
Location
The primary location for this role is USA.IL.Chicago with additional locations in the United States. The base pay range for this role is $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD for the primary location and $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD for additional US locations. In Colorado, the pay range for this role is $117,000 - $175,400 USD.
