Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Insurance

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Growth Across the Insurance Market
• Create targeted marketing programs that support customers throughout their growth journey
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within strategic accounts
• Develop account-based growth programs that support enterprise sales motions and deepen relationships with key insurance carriers
• Increase adoption of new products, capabilities, and AI-powered solutions across existing customers
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proactive, highly collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership
• Full-time, remote role with a salary range $99,000-$125,000, bonus eligible

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or related fields
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
