Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily growth marketing operations for your pod, including planning, creative development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, optimizing talent development, workflows, resource allocation, and execution.
  • Drive revenue growth across paid acquisition channels, with a focus on efficiency, scale, and profitability.
  • Lead creative strategy, testing, and innovation to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-performing campaigns.
  • Stay closely connected to performance data, using insights to inform decisions, scale campaigns, and optimize return on ad spend.
  • Conduct research on consumer behavior and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy and creative direction.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities, ensuring agility in response to platform changes and performance shifts.
  • Partner with analytics and leadership to evolve reporting, measurement, and attribution models.
  • Streamline workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, contributing to broader team and business growth.

Requirements

  • 3â4 years of experience in growth marketing, DTC, or a high-caliber strategic/operational role (e.g., consulting, tech, finance) with a track record of driving results.
  • Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in performance marketing, paid social, and creative strategy is a strong plus.
  • Proven people manager with experience leading high-performing teams (ideally 4+ direct reports).
  • Strategic thinker with a balance of creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
