Sr. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design team in headquarters and sales team to understand packaging requirements and project goals
• Create in-store promotional materials to support new product launch
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of packaging designs and brand activations
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all packaging designs meet quality standards and are error-free
• Be aware of accurate project timelines and deliver designs within specified deadlines
• Adapt to changing project requirements and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current on industry trends
• Follow brand guidelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in packaging or graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience as a Packaging Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative packaging designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino or solid works, InDesign, Dimension)
• Strong understanding of packaging design principles, materials, and production processes
• Create 2D + 3D renderings for product packaging

Pay

The base salary for this position is between $75,000.00 and $85,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.

This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
