Sr. Graphic Designer
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to lead the development of visual concepts and deliver compelling design solutions across digital and print channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong conceptual skills, exceptional design execution, and the ability to guide projects from ideation through final production. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to elevate our brand and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally within marketing, advertising, or an agency setting
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, Sketch, Content Management Systems (wordpress) or other design tools is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work, conceptual thinking, and brand development
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions
