Job Summary
The Senior CX Designer at Moultrie is responsible for ensuring every message sent to customers feels like Moultrie at its best. This role focuses on loyalty and trust, with the goal of making Moultrie the exception among hunting brands.
Job Responsibilities
- Set the creative bar for every message, from onboarding to reactivation.
- Design for the hunter, considering their moment and mindset.
- Contribute to concepting, bringing ideas to the brief.
- Build a scalable design system that maintains high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ensure developer-ready Figma specs and ready-to-ship assets.
- Evolve the CX design system to reflect Moultrie's brand identity across all channels.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of the importance of loyalty in the hunting category.
- A strong point of view on design quality and the ability to articulate it.
- Experience with email, lifecycle, or in-app design, with 4+ years of meaningful portion in these areas.
- Knowledge of responsive email design, mobile-first layouts, and dark mode.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects and Lightroom.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
