We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to join ART19. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment, partnering with teams across Amazon Ads, Music, Prime Video, and more.

About the role

You will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering end-to-end projects, driving the successful execution of ART19’s roadmap. You thrive through building consensus and driving teams toward results, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces to deliver them in a successful and timely manner is key. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own successful delivery of large, high-impact and highly cross-functional product initiatives while simultaneously and accurately tracking a set of smaller projects
  • Drive strategic cross-functional planning, leading discovery and prioritization by closely partnering with product managers and engineering leads to develop program plans that include roadmaps, dependency identifications, and resourcing plans
  • Ascertain the true requirements underlying feature requests; recommend alternative technical approaches and help engineering efforts meet tight timelines
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to executive management on plans, status, and critical issues
  • Partner as a technical liaison between product and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing, or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
  • 5+ years of solving problems with technology in the Global Financial Services Industry experience

Pay

  • USA, NJ, Jersey City: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually
  • USA, NY, New York: $162,700.00 - $220,200.00 USD annually
  • USA, TX, Dallas: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
