Sr. Global Sourcing Specialist (Promotional / Hardgoods)

About the role

The Senior Global Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading sourcing strategy, supplier management, and end-to-end execution of product orders across custom hardgoods and softgoods (e.g., vinyl figures, plush, drinkware, totes). This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to manage complex and high-impact projects while proactively identifying risks, influencing cross-functional decisions, and driving on-time delivery. In addition to execution excellence, this role plays a key leadership function—anticipating business needs, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and holding both internal and external partners accountable to key milestones. This position has the potential to evolve into a people management role, with opportunities to mentor team members and lead direct reports.

Location: This role is based in Woodinville, WA and requires you to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote. Additional office locations considered include Troy
