We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it; never emit heading with filler placeholder. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Intro paragraph about company culture: "Most companies claim...". That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "About BDA". Probably "About the role" includes description of company and role context. - Location: "Location: This role is based in Woodinville, WA and requires you to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote. We will also consider the following office locations: Troy, MI or Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX or Austin, TX or New York, NY or Indianapolis, IN To be considered, you must live within commuting distance, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role." - JOB SUMMARY paragraph. - Experience Requirements bullet list (but not bullet originally; it's lines). We'll need to list as

    • . - Job Skills and Traits bullet list. - Duties & Responsibilities bullet list. - Additional Details bullet list (Travel, Financial Responsibility, Strategic Planning, Direct Reports). - Why This Role paragraph. - Why BDA? paragraph. - Core Values list (maybe as
). - Salary range: "We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000." plus description of compensation. - Benefits: list of benefits: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation. - Also mention "Total compensation and rewards programs". We need sections: maybe About the role (intro + location + job summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (experience requirements), Skills (skills and traits), Benefits (benefits list), Pay (salary range), Schedule (maybe location includes schedule? Actually schedule: onsite 4 days, 1 day remote). Could put schedule in About the role or separate Schedule section. Since we have schedule info, we can create a Schedule section. We must not create sections with placeholder/filler. All sections we create must have substantive content. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, privacy policy, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

        About the role

Most companies claim to have the best people. We say to them, "Keep dreaming." Our people are second to none. They set us apart with their entrepreneurial spirit and ambition. They come to us from the likes of Amazon, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Starbucks and the sports world, bringing energy, bold ideas and a willingness to dive into the unfamiliar. It's our people that make BDA the top global Merchandise Agency to work for.

Location: This role is based in Woodinville, WA and requires you to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote. We will also consider the following office locations: Troy, MI; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; New York, NY; Indianapolis, IN. To be considered, you must live within commuting distance, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role.

The Senior Global Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading sourcing strategy, supplier management, and end-to-end execution of product orders across custom hardgoods and softgoods (e.g., vinyl figures, plush, drinkware, totes). This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to manage complex and high-impact projects while proactively identifying risks, influencing cross-functional decisions, and driving on-time delivery. In addition to execution excellence, this role plays a key leadership function—anticipating business needs, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and holding both internal and external partners accountable to key milestones. This position has the potential to evolve into a people management role, with opportunities to mentor team members and lead direct reports.

That's about the role. Next, Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities list. We'll create

        Responsibilities

        with
        • each duty. List items from Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing strategy and execution for assigned categories or key programs - Manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment to cost, quality, and timeline expectations - Proactively identify risks, escalate issues early, and drive resolution to protect production timelines and on-time delivery - Partner cross-functionally (PD, Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment on timelines, specs, and deliverables - Influence decision-making by providing clear recommendations grounded in data and sourcing expertise - Hold internal stakeholders and suppliers accountable to key milestones, deliverables, and SLA expectations - Drive supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management with a strategic lens - Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production terms to meet business and margin targets - Oversee production timelines end-to-end; ensure issues are addressed before impacting delivery - Validate and manage landed cost (ELC), proactively identifying variances and improvement opportunities - Support development and implementation of sourcing SOPs and best practices - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on sourcing processes and execution - Potentially manage direct reports as the role evolves - Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier data, and project tracking - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and cross-functional workflows We'll output each as
        • . Next, Requirements: Experience Requirements. List: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field - 5–8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, production on a promotional product/customized goods - Advanced supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation - Strong costing and landed cost analysis expertise - Demonstrated experience managing complex or high-volume programs independently - Experience working with overseas manufacturers (China preferred) - Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments - Prior experience mentoring others or leading projects preferred - Experience with custom products (hardgoods, plush, or similar) strongly preferred We'll output as
          • . Next, Skills: Job Skills and Traits list. List: - Ability to anticipate risks, questions, and downstream impacts - Proactive, clear, and timely communication across all levels - Proven ability to influence stakeholder decisions using data and business insight - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams - Excellent project management and prioritization skills - Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) We'll output as
            • . Next, Benefits: list of benefits. From text: "robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation." We need to parse into list items. Potential items: - Robust PTO - Vacation - Paid volunteer day - Holidays - Summer Fridays - Medical insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Life insurance - AD&D insurance - 401(k) - Tuition reimbursement - Mental health programs - Financial wellness programs - Professional development opportunities - Incentive compensation for certain revenue-generating positions We'll output as
              • . Next, Pay: salary range. We have: "We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs..." We'll output as

with that info. Next, Schedule: we have location includes schedule: "requires you to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote." Could be separate Schedule section. We'll create

                Schedule

                with

Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote.

plus maybe location details? But location already in About the role. Could keep location there. We'll keep schedule separate. We also have "Why This Role" and "Why BDA?" and "Core Values". Those could be sections but we need to decide if they are substantive enough. They are paragraphs about role and company values. Could be included in About the role or separate sections like "Why this role?" and "Why BDA?" but we need to avoid many thin sections. Perhaps combine them into About the role or a "About BDA" section. However we already have About the role with intro; we could add Why this role and Why BDA? as paragraphs within About the role. But we must not repeat job title as heading; fine. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include them in About the role. Let's incorporate "Why This Role" paragraph: "This is a rare opportunity to be connected to our sporting leagues, in creating customized promotional products (think Bobbleheads) You’ll join a highly collaborative team who works closely with our design team, and International Vendors in creating customized hardgoods" And "Why BDA?" paragraph: "BDA is a place where creativity, partnership, and customer care come together. For more than 40 years, we have helped some of the world’s most recognized brands create memorable experiences through branded merchandise, gifting, and custom programs. We are proud of the work we do, the relationships we build, and the people behind it all. At BDA, you will find a team that values collaboration, innovation, and a “get it done” mindset — while still making space for creativity, growth, and meaningful impact. Our Core Values: BDA is a Team and a Family Always Strive to Be The Best Entrepreneurial Spirit Tigger Attitude Work Hard, Play Hard Make It Happen the Best Way Total Client Affinity & Advocacy" We could list core values as
                • . Thus About the role section can be long but okay. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have none. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, privacy policy, etc. We'll cut those. Now produce HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's craft final HTML:

                  About the role

Most companies claim to have the best people. We say to them, "Keep dreaming." Our people are second to none. They set us apart with their
