We’re looking for a scrappy, high-performing dealmaker with a strong product mindset to join Pinwheel as a Sr. Account Executive. In this role, you’ll be hunting for new opportunities, identifying key decision-makers at top financial institutions, credit unions, and fintechs, and driving revenue growth with precision and tenacity. Your deep understanding of our product and its technical capabilities will enable you to craft solutions that resonate with client needs. Consistently meet or exceed your quarterly revenue targets as we scaleBuild and maintain a high-quality pipeline with opportunities valued at 3x your quotaClose deals with confidence, maintaining a 25% or higher win rateBreak into fintech disruptors, established financial institutions, and credit unions within your first six monthsStrategically plan and execute territory initiatives that drive growth and visibilityEstablish trusted partnerships with C-level executives and key decision-makersCollaborate with our Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Legal teams to keep deals moving forward seamlesslyStay sharp on industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscapeShare insights with product and marketing teams to fuel smarter strategiesPlay a key role in shaping sales best practices as we continue to evolve What qualifications are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in fintech or banking with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas and driving strategic dealsExperience leading and closing $80K+ ACV deals with executive stakeholders across business, product, legal, compliance, InfoSec, and marketingDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles, including legal and InfoSec reviewsStrong customer centricity and product thinking skillsProven experience in driving sales from zero to first transactionExperience using Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.), and new AI tools transforming the sales tech stack For this role, total compensation is made up of salary + commission + equity + benefits.
