Job Responsibilities
- Drive the growth, adoption, and success of Sinch's services across North America within your focus vertical, helping customers realize greater value from our solutions.
- Shape our go-to-market strategy and positioning for critical solution areas, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and Account Management teams around the world.
- Analyze our customer portfolio, identify opportunities for expansion across industries, markets, products, and geographies, and help prioritize investments that deliver the greatest business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop compelling value propositions, articulate customer outcomes, and strengthen Sinch's competitive differentiation in the market.
- Define and scale enablement strategies that empower commercial teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to succeed within your area of expertise.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from customers and commercial teams worldwide and partnering with Product teams to help shape future innovation and solution development.
- Ensure commercial teams have access to the resources, insights, and best practices they need to effectively position and grow Sinch's solutions.
- Represent Sinch externally as a trusted industry expert and thought leader, engaging with customers, partners, and industry audiences through meetings, events, and speaking opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience within the technology sector, ideally in financial technology, including several years leading teams, initiatives, or strategic programs.
- Experience navigating global, multicultural organizations and being comfortable operating in fast-paced, commercially focused environments.
- Built credibility quickly with senior executives and excelled at developing trusted relationships with strategic customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services landscape, and emerging financial technologies.
- Able to shape strategy and translate vision into execution, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable partnering closely with commercial teams and supporting go-to-market efforts that drive product adoption, customer success, and revenue growth.
- Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize competing demands while communicating clearly and confidently with a variety of audiences.
- Positive energy to your work, enjoying motivating teams across regions and functions, and inspiring others through collaboration and influence.
- Comfortable with international travel and building relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners around the world.

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position ranges $150,000- $170,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s commission plan subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
Schedule
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; New York, NY.
