Job Responsibilities
- Drive the growth, adoption, and success of Sinch's services across North America within the Financial Services vertical.
- Shape the go-to-market strategy and positioning for critical solution areas.
- Identify opportunities for expansion across industries, markets, products, and geographies.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop compelling value propositions and strengthen Sinch's competitive differentiation.
- Define and scale enablement strategies to empower commercial teams.
- Represent Sinch externally as a trusted industry expert and thought leader.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience within the technology sector, particularly in financial technology.
- Experience leading teams, initiatives, or strategic programs.
- Comfortable navigating global, multicultural organizations and operating in fast-paced, commercially focused environments.
- A strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services landscape, and emerging financial technologies.
- The ability to shape strategy and translate vision into execution, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with commercial teams and supporting go-to-market efforts.
- Highly organized and able to communicate clearly and confidently with a variety of audiences.
- Positive energy, team motivation, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with international travel and building relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners around the world.

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position ranges $123,200 - $154,000 per year. Factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect the starting pay within this range.
Schedule
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; New York, NY.
