Job Responsibilities
- Drive growth and adoption of Sinch's services within the Financial Services vertical.
- Shape go-to-market strategy and positioning for critical solution areas.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop compelling value propositions and differentiate Sinch in the market.
- Enable commercial teams with knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed.
- Represent Sinch externally as a trusted industry expert.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the technology sector, preferably in financial technology.
- Experience leading teams, initiatives, or strategic programs.
- Comfortable operating in global, multicultural environments.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services landscape, and emerging financial technologies.
- Ability to shape strategy and translate vision into execution.
- Experience partnering with commercial teams and supporting go-to-market efforts.
- Highly organized and effective at prioritizing competing demands.
- Positive energy, team motivation, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with international travel and building relationships globally.

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 per year. The actual starting salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and other qualifications.
Schedule
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of the following hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; New York, NY.
