What You’ll Do

  • Generate and close new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategy.
  • Build and manage your own book of business while maintaining key carrier relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for national accounts — ensuring smooth operations and long-term success.
  • Negotiate freight rates, manage daily shipments, and deliver creative solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, customer growth, and account execution.
  • Take full ownership of your portfolio — ensuring Circle’s “No Fail” service standard.
  • Review sales performance and pipeline activity with the Director of Operations.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and retaining business accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
