What You’ll Do
- Generate and close new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategy.
- Build and manage your own book of business while maintaining key carrier relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for national accounts — ensuring smooth operations and long-term success.
- Negotiate freight rates, manage daily shipments, and deliver creative solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, customer growth, and account execution.
- Take full ownership of your portfolio — ensuring Circle’s “No Fail” service standard.
- Review sales performance and pipeline activity with the Director of Operations.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales experience.
- Proven track record of developing and retaining business accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
