Job Summary The Sr Financial Analyst is accountable for performing advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business planning, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-making. This role independently resolves complex financial issues, delivers actionable insights to leadership, and leads analytical initiatives that enhance organizational performance and financial outcomes. Essential Functions Analyze financial results, including profit and loss performance, cash flow, expenditures, investments, and rates of return to identify business risks, opportunities, and performance driversDevelop forecasts, trend analyses, and financial models to support budgeting, long-range planning, and strategic business decisionsEvaluate variances from budgets, forecasts, and financial targets and recommend actions that improve financial and operational performanceResearch economic, industry, and market conditions to assess potential impacts on business results, financial plans, and investment decisionsPrepare and present financial analyses, reports, and recommendations that support informed decision-making by business and executive leadershipPrepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages and presentations for executive leadership, lenders, investors, and the Board of Directors, including key performance indicators and adjusted financial metricsLead and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance financial planning, reporting effectiveness, analytical processes, and business performanceComply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or equivalent education and/or experience5 years in Finance, Accounting, or related areas Preferred Requirements Experience supporting or leading implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives involving financial planning, reporting, consolidation, or enterprise business systemsExperience with financial planning, reporting, business intelligence, or data visualization platforms (e.g. OneStream, Workday), or similar technologiesExperience developing reporting solutions, dashboards, and automated processes that improve data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and decision support Skills And Abilities Advanced knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis principlesAbility to interpret complex financial and operational information and translate findings into actionable business recommendationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple variables and determine business impactEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to influence decisions through data-driven insights and well-supported recommendationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysisAbility to independently manage competing priorities and deliver results within established timelinesDemonstrated capability to lead analytical workstreams and contribute to cross-functional initiativesProficiency using financial reporting tools, financial systems, and spreadsheet applications to support analysis and decision-making Physical and Cognitive Demands Communicate/Hearing FrequentlyCommunicate/Talking FrequentlyLearn New Tasks or Concepts FrequentlyMake Timely Decisions in the Context of a Workflow FrequentlyComplete Tasks Independently ConstantlyMaintain Focus ConstantlyRemember Processes & Procedures ConstantlyStationary Position (Seated) ConstantlyVision ConstantlyHand/Eye Coordination OccasionallyBend RarelyComplete Tasks in a Noisy Environment RarelyFeeling/Grasping/Handling RarelyMove/Traverse RarelyRepetitive Motions Rarely Working Environment Hazards Occasionally Environmental Conditions Office: This position primarily operates in a professional office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $85,500.00 - $113,966.67
