Sr Financial Analyst
Job Description
Prepares quarterly and monthly financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information. Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures. Monitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Analyzes complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. Creates presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. Develops financial models and Return on Investment analyses for cost and quality improvement projects and programs. Builds strong relationships with leadership, customers, and peers, communicating effectively with stakeholders, customers, and supervisors. Communicates appropriately and effectively with stakeholders, maintaining awareness of any issues, potential delays, and situations of concern that may affect productivity. Conducts data quality checks and documents work products. Coordinates with other developers and analysts to build and share knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of information. Other duties as assigned. Provides technical support for ad-hoc financial reporting and decision support needs.

Education
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
- Field Of Study in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management or Project Management
Work Experience
- 2+ experience with crowe rca tool [Preferred]
- 2+ of experience in net revenue, accounting, finance, reimbursement or revenue cycle operations. [Required]
