Sr Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

Business Finance Partner is responsible for understanding the financial impacts of business decisions and translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other functions within Group Finance to improve the quality of internal and external data for better decision-making and performance tracking.
• Advise the Business Unit on future state financial performance through consulting, coaching, and providing forward-looking financial insights.
• Present the Business Unit's performance through Monthly Business Reviews and other informal forums.
• Support the Business Unit with KPI targets to drive positive business growth.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development and Business Finance to maximize internal knowledge and resources.
• Lead forecast and budget work, including scenario analysis and risk mitigation plans.
• Improve Business Unit monitoring and standardize best practices and models for increased visibility and stability.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, project support, and investigations using data from ERP systems.
• Generate monthly accounting entries for the Accounting department.
• Be the primary point of contact (POC) for the Business Unit.

Requirements

• Relevant university experience in Finance or equivalent professional experience with 5+ years.
• Professional experience in financial analysis.
• Experience in multicultural/multinational environments is appreciated but not required.
• Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$117,000.
