Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Jacobs, as well as client-side stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance design solutions
  • Oversee project lifecycle from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget
  • Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs
  • Self-direction and independent production, with an understanding that project success relies on the efforts of the Experiential Graphic Designer

Requirements

  • Proven experience in wayfinding and signage programs for complex environments
  • Full knowledge of ADA and building codes as it relates to signage
  • Field survey experience is desirable but not required
  • Working knowledge of sign fabrication methods and materials, with working knowledge of fabrication experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • At least 15+ years' experience as an Experiential Graphic Designer
  • PC platform experience
  • Working knowledge of and experience with current BIM/REVIT, Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, ProjectWise, SharePoint, Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
  • Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small teams
  • Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments)

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $105,700.00 to $145,300.00; however, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

This is a hybrid all US location opportunity, allowing candidates the flexibility to work remotely and report into a local Jacobs office for team meetings and collaboration.
