Sr Experiential Designer (Data Centers)

This position is available at any location in the United States, with a preference for candidates located near a Jacobs U.S. based office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Jacobs, as well as client-side stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance design solutions
- Oversee project lifecycle from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget
- Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs
- Self-direction and independent production, understanding that project success is reliant on the efforts of the Experiential Graphic Designer
Requirements
- Proven experience in wayfinding and signage programs for complex environments
- Full knowledge of ADA and building codes as it relates to signage
- Field survey experience is desirable but not required
- Working knowledge of sign fabrication methods and materials, with working knowledge of fabrication experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- At least 15+ years' experience as an Experiential Graphic Designer
- PC platform experience
- Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
- Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small teams
- Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments)
Skills
- Working knowledge of and experience with current BIM/REVIT, Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, ProjectWise, SharePoint, Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $105,700.00 to $145,300.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
This is a hybrid all US location opportunity, allowing candidates the flexibility to work remotely and report into a local Jacobs office for team meetings and collaboration.
