Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Jacobs and client-side stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and enhance design solutions.
- Oversee project lifecycle from ideation through implementation, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Work independently and lead small teams, managing project timelines and budgets.
- Travel to project sites in the US to support design and implementation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wayfinding and signage programs for complex environments.
- Full knowledge of ADA and building codes as it relates to signage.
- Working knowledge of sign fabrication methods and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- At least 15+ years' experience as an Experiential Graphic Designer.
- PC platform experience.
- Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules.
- Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small teams.
- Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science, or other industrial facilities).
Skills
- Proficiency in BIM/REVIT, Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, ProjectWise, SharePoint, Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $105,700.00 to $145,300.00; however, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
This is a hybrid all US location opportunity, allowing candidates the flexibility to work remotely and report into a local Jacobs office for team meetings and collaboration.
