- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Employer Branding & Networking
- Promote the company as a preferred employer in the renewable energy industry.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking platforms.
Recruitment Strategy & Compliance
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
