Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and Sales team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items
Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, advertising industry professionals
About the role
- Supports the VP of Global Ad Sales
- Leads a global team of EAs
- Serves as an essential info resource and point-of-contact for Amazon Ads industry events and C-level customer engagements
- Fosters a process-driven, efficient, and inclusive environment
- Partners with the leadership team, key business partners, and Sales team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization
Responsibilities
- Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities
- Provide calendar management and coordination for high-level meetings
- Manage travel itineraries and expense reporting
- Support leadership team and key business partners
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables
- Communicate effectively with various groups
Requirements
- 8+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with C-level executive calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of executive assistant experience, experience with domestic or international travel coordination, experience with C-level executive calendar management, experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing teams, experience working in a matrixed organization, 10+ years of senior level leadership support experience, experience with end-to-end project management, experience working with large global teams
