Key job responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
  • S seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
  • Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities
  • Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and Sales team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization, including annual rhythm-of-the-business planning, and oversight of EA allocation, hiring, and onboarding best practices
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items
  • Cookordination and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, advertising industry professionals

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with C-level executive calendar management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience effectively managing a substantial and time-sensitive workload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • 10+ years of senior level leadership support experience
  • Experience with end-to-end project management
  • Experience working with large global teams
