Responsibilities

  • Support the Government in the execution of routine business operations.
  • Provide executive level administrative support, office management, personnel management, human resources management, and configuration and data management.
  • Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests, coordinate personnel and appraisal records, manage executive schedules, plan government travel, arrange meetings, events, and conventions, and perform other clerical functions.
  • Analyze, interpret, monitor, disseminate, and resolve tasks, including reviewing and coordinating performance reports, ensuring documents comply with policies, laws, and regulations, facilitating interfaces with critical organizations, ensuring completeness and quality of acquisition and requirements-related documents, and monitoring front office tasks.
  • Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements as needed.
  • Manage Government civilian record keeping and serve as the primary point of contact for all unit civilian human resource management functions.
  • Identify and justify present and future civilian positions, complete Request for Personnel Actions, complete/coordinate security waivers, create Core Personnel Documents, update Manpower Change Requests, and assist with special civilian manpower requests.
  • Attend and support administration of meetings and reviews, capture action items, record minutes, and disseminate to all invitees.
  • Notify the government of award timelines, assist with preparing award packages, monitor award package processing, and assist with the awards board process.
  • Develop and maintain schedules using standard Microsoft Suite applications (e.g., Microsoft Project).

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 20 years of experience in DoD Administration (NRO, NSA, and/or NGA experience acceptable)
