Sr Executive Administrator
Job Summary
The Senior Executive Administrator provides high-level executive, operational, and project coordination support to the Chief of Staff and OSIE leadership. This role manages executive operations, supports strategic initiatives, coordinates financial and administrative processes, and ensures seamless execution across Strategy and Innovation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, travel, meeting logistics, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and executive communications for the Chief of Staff and Strategy leadership.
Support directors and project managers with contracts, invoices, budgeting, team meetings, workshops, and executive reporting.
Provide calendar and expense support, assist with event planning, coordinate innovation showcases, manage meeting materials, and support vendor engagement.
Backup support for volunteer operations and executive communications, assist with leadership travel logistics, briefing materials, event tracking, video production coordination, and special projects.
General Administration
Manage travel arrangements, including domestic and international trips.
Assist with volunteer operations and executive communications.
Support leadership travel logistics, briefing materials, event tracking, and video production coordination.
Handle special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years executive administrative, operations, or project coordination experience.
Expertise in executive calendars, travel, budgeting, and communications.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Google Suite and generative AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, etc.).
Experience with governance or volunteer-based operations (preferred).

Ability to identify workflow improvements and support cross-functional initiatives.
