Sr. Events Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

This Sr. Events Marketing Manager will shape and execute a national events strategy designed to drive pipeline growth and strengthen market presence. The role partners closely with sales and marketing leadership to align event planning with audience engagement, ROI goals, and broader demand generation efforts, and owns large‑scale conference execution—from budgeting and logistics to vendor coordination and on‑site branding—in support of healthcare growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop event strategy to drive pipeline growth across a national conference portfolio
• Manage budgets and establish ROI targets in partnership with sales and leadership
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support attendee engagement before and after events
• Oversee event logistics, including vendor relationships and booth design
• Coordinate branding and promotional materials for events

Qualifications

• 7+ years of event marketing or demand generation experience
• Expertise in large‑scale B2B conference strategies, particularly in healthcare or enterprise software
• Experience managing substantial event budgets exceeding $2.45M
• Deep understanding of account‑based marketing, especially with C‑suite engagement
• Strong written communication for executive‑level documentation
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for event management

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
