About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. EP Mapping Specialist - CAS, Lebanon - NH to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role supports physicians and clinical staff in the effective use of advanced electrophysiology mapping and navigation technology within hospital settings. The position combines technical expertise, clinical training, and customer engagement to help drive safe outcomes, strong adoption, and business growth across assigned accounts. You will partner closely with sales teams and healthcare professionals to deliver education, troubleshoot issues, and strengthen relationships in support of regional and national objectives. The role also requires significant travel and a strong background in cardiac ablation and EP lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and staff for EP mapping and navigation systems.
• Conduct training for hospital personnel on advanced electrophysiology products and procedures.
• Ensure safe and effective use of advanced electrophysiology products in clinical settings.
• Support national and regional sales objectives to meet sales goals for the product line.
• Cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business growth.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training.
• Act as a representative of the organization, sharing experience and expertise with teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8+ years in cardiac mapping and navigation, associate degree with 6+ years, or bachelor's degree with 4+ years required.
• B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical training assignments is a plus.
• Background in cardiac catheter ablation and EP lab experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel over 25% of the time is essential.

Pay

$130,000 – $140,000 annually
