About the role
The Sr Engineer - Licensing, Contracting and Compensation will be responsible for managing licensing agreements, contract negotiations, and compensation processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and negotiate software licensing agreements with vendors
- Negotiate and manage compensation packages for contractors and consultants
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to licensing and compensation
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to licensing and compensation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, specifically in licensing, contracting, and compensation
- Experience with contract management tools and systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry-standard software licensing models
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to compensation

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, split between remote work and office visits as needed
