Sr Engineer - Licensing, Contracting and Compensation

About the role

The Sr Engineer - Licensing, Contracting and Compensation will be responsible for managing licensing agreements, contract negotiations, and compensation strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate software licensing agreements with vendors
• Negotiate and draft compensation packages for contractors and consultants
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding licensing and compensation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compensation strategies
• Prepare and present proposals and reports related to licensing and compensation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, specifically in licensing, contracting, and compensation
• Experience with contract management tools and software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of industry-standard software licensing models
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to compensation
