Sr Endpoint Administrator - Remote US

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Endpoint Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will support endpoint services and user technology operations across the organization, with a focus on stability, service quality, and effective problem resolution. The position will partner closely with key users and internal stakeholders to improve the employee technology experience and ensure core systems are running smoothly. You will also help drive endpoint provisioning, software packaging, and adoption of new tools and services that support business productivity. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Ensure operational stability and application effectiveness for user groups Build relationships with key users to identify and resolve business issues Analyze and resolve information services problems, reallocating resources as needed Train users on new products and services related to endpoint services Manage the endpoint provisioning process, including imaging and software packaging Qualifications Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in the industry, with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate role 6 years of experience in endpoint management or a related field CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications preferred Extensive experience with VDI, Active Directory, O365, and Windows OS Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401K plan participation Paid time off and holidays Discretionary bonus eligibility based on performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
