Sr. IT Systems Administrator (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Serve as an escalation point for IT Service Desk support requests
• Mentor IT Service Desk members technically and interpersonally
• Act as Incident Manager for high-priority IT incidents
• Collaborate with teams and subject matter experts on service requests and projects
• Identify and implement improvements to IT systems and processes
• Lead efforts to enhance employee application experiences and usability
• Manage the company endpoints using SCCM, Jamf, and Workspace ONE

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT systems administration experience
• Advanced knowledge of Mac, Windows, and Linux OS
• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory management
• Strong customer service focus, including Executive engagement
• Prominent experience with AI technologies and decision-making enhancement

Pay

$100,000 – $155,000 annually
