About the role

This Sr. Employee Relations Specialist role partners with HR Business Partners to support employees and managers across a range of employee relations matters — corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, and Workday organizational changes. Day to day, you'll investigate employee-relations issues, guide managers through HR policy questions, and help keep HR reporting and systems accurate and current.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support employees and managers on employee relations issues, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations
  • Conduct investigations into employee-related issues and provide recommendations for appropriate action
  • Manage Workday organizational changes and termination-related tasks, including severance documentation
  • Analyze exit interview data and generate employee relations reports for HR Business Partners
  • Design and deliver training sessions on employee relations topics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of employee relations experience
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $55.00 – $61.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
