Sr. Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the success of large and complex projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on difficult projects, as well as collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and other high-level leaders for success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
• Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights.
• Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project engineering or management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or Journeyman's license with related experience
• Occasional travel
