Responsibilities
- Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout.
- Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
- Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
- Maintains and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
- Serves as a mentor to new team members, supporting their training and onboarding goals by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights.
- Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of project engineering or management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or Journeyman's license with related experience
- Occasional travel
