About the role
The Sr ECommerce Manager will lead the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces. This role will drive revenue through data-driven strategies, optimize visibility via SEO, and manage performance metrics such as ROAS.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces.
- Drive Revenue: Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase Month-over-Month revenue.
- Optimize Visibility: Partner with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings.
- Manage Performance: Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs.
- Leadership: A track record of leading projects with minimal supervision and experience mentoring direct reports.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $115,000 – 135,000 and bonus opportunity.
