Skill Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred with concentration in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Four years of e-billing experience in a law firm or professional organization required. Five years or more preferred.
- Hands on familiarity with multiple e-billing vendor systems and outside counsel guidelines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working with client Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, MS Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, graphs, formulas, macros.
- Ability to create spreadsheets, manipulate data and generate reports.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively present results to senior management.
- Ability to perform well in cross-functional environment and to interface effectively and successfully with senior management, vendors, and client staff.
- Ability to professionally handle matters of a sensitive nature with confidentiality.
- Experience with Aderant or Elite/Elite 3E and/or business intelligence products.

- Ability to work outside of established business hours and adjust personal schedule to meet deadlines is required.
- Self-directed with a strong work ethic; capable of working independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proactive recommendation of process and procedural enhancements including but not limited to documenting processes and improvements.
- Ability to interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically with care and professionalism.
- Adherence to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies.

Pay
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $25/hour to $36.97/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
